I want to give my clients a professional, positive, and personalized experience with both buying and selling real estate. Great communication is key to a successful relationship, and I want my clients to know that I am listening and acting in accordance to their desires, but at the same time, sharing my professional opinion along with real data. Some may view the process of selling and buying real estate as transactional, but I consider it a long-term relationship with folks I care about.
Belonging to 3 different MLS associations, I work to give my clients the edge when selling and buying. I have a full time assistant and a professional photographer, thus allowing me time to have more direct contact with clients. I take my fiduciary duty seriously, and I always strive to do excellent work with integrity and honesty. Staying in touch with my clients is important to me, and I have gained many new friends that way.
